United States: Although certain kinds of cancer are hereditary, it has become clear, and this is research that is only a few years old even though everybody has long known that certain types of cancer are more frequent among some families, that at least fifty percent of human cancer comes from a behavior and if it comes from behavior then it can be changed.

Many people already know what general tips for cancer prevention are, like not smoking, eating well, using sunscreen, minimizing contact with dangerous chemicals — but, of course, every individual’s method of avoiding the disease can vary. 

The authors from the Mass General Brigham have provided four risk-reduction mechanisms detailed and supported by research. 

‘Colorectal cancer is preventable with screening, and screening really does save lives.’

Improve your sleep health  

A number of observational studies have found that poor sleep or lack of it increases the likelihood of getting cancer.

A study has found that taking the aspirin or any other NSAID can lower the odds of ever getting the type of colorectal cancer but it can also cause bleeding and inflammation. 

“It is important to know if you are more likely to benefit form the daily aspirin use which is according to the MGH. 

There are a lot of the doctors who led a study and also explored the link between the aspirin and the colon cancer risk.
